GarageBand editor and scores

Using GB 10.3 on old Mac Air OS 10.15 (yes, that's all it can run).

I have GB attached via usb (midi) to my Yamaha DGX670.

I see that GB has a score editor and a piano roll display.

It records the piano as a score very nicely. However, there seems no way to actually, export in any usable format - so that seems pretty pointless.

The piano roll, for some reason, displays the wrong octave. So, for, instance, if I play a C chord at C4 - GB displays it as C3. That doesn't make sense. Weirdly, the editor shows the correct music in the score.

I think I will have to stick with MuseScore.
