Greyed Out Audio Files Never-ending Rabbit Hole

I have an iMac with an M1 chip running the latest Sonoma 14.3.1 and have recently started using GarageBand for a MIDI guitar (JamStick Studio). I can upload recorded songs to iTunes, play them on my iMac but when I export any of the songs in every format offered (literally) and with changed settings and attempt to choose them in Finder they are greyed out. I've even brought them into Audacity and tried exporting and same thing.

I've been down a rabbit hole for 3 days searching and trying everything from changing formats, to forcing a quit on Quicklook and any suggestions are appreciated even if they take me further down a rabbit hole. The only one I've not tried was to deauthorize EVERY device on ALL platforms ie; my iPad, iPhone, watch, etc. etc which it says can only be done once a year, but this advice was given without a "why" so I'm currently avoiding it.

I would LIKE to purchase Logic Pro but seems pointless if every audio file I create from GarageBand cannot be accessed for FB or all the other social media sites.

I DO realize this could be a Social Media thing and I've seen suggestions for using Sound Cloud which may be the entire problem as I CAN double click the file in Finder alone and it will play on my iMac, so I just wanted to run this by others and see if I'm possibly on the right track with Sound Cloud before buying a subscription.

Big thanks in advance.
