Notes on web browser not saving

My notes on my web browser is not syncing with notes on iPhone and Mac

Notes only syncing in one direction. When I change notes on my macbook it immediately syncs with my iphone. But in the other direction nothing happens. How can I fix this because I use notes every day on both devices and things are getting messy.

Notes app has serious syncing issues. Reported this issue 1 year ago and it still persists The notes application does a terrible job of syncing across devices lately. for instance I'll have the notes app open on my desktop. and i always work out of the same document within the notes app. i'll quit out of it during the day. go onto my iphone at night and write a note in that same document. then come back to the desktop computer in the morning and re-open the notes app and it has not sync'd the note that I had written on the iphone hours before. so I quit the desktop notes app again, reopen. same issue. So I go to the iphone and open notes and then i see it sync/reflect on the desktop. I shouldn't have to go through all those steps just to get it to automatically sync. It never had this kind of sync issue 2 years ago. I've reported this issue before and it still persists
