Face ID not recognized

My Face ID stopped working it doesn’t recognize me and I cannot reset it because I have stolen protection on which I cannot turn off, although I use my passcode to enter the functionality.

If your Face ID is not working again I am afraid that you cannot reset it when stolen device protection is on
