My GB session is exporting at a lower volume

We have a session where the volume is at a proper level. When exported, the final MP4 audio file is significantly lower.

We tried a fix by sending the exported mix to another Mac with Garageband and starting a fresh session and using the gain to boost it. Sounded fine in GB, but once again, we exported it and it super low in volume.

This is a new one as we've done many many podcast and music and never had this problem.
