Brawl stars account disabled

I just fixed mine and had the exact same issue. I’ll try to make this quick.

u have to reset your entire iPhone back to factory as if you were giving it away. Then set the phone up again by signing into your App Store. Because u did the reset they no longer have your previous data to say that there is a disabled account

once you sign back into App Store download brawl stars again and it’ll give u the option to sign in using your supercell info. DO NOT SIGN INTO GAME CENTER. YOUR ACCOUNT SHOULD STILL BE WHERE IT WAS. NO GAME CENTER THO JUST SUPERCELL TO SIGN IN.

I encountered the same problem and to be honest NOTHING helped me. I already contacted brawl stars support (on my other phone via in-game chat, as it is only method you can contact them) several times and they give me only vague answers and close conversation.

It is really ridiculous to treat play like this...

If they don't reply there is nothing more we as Apple users can do I am afraid as this is something from within the game.

This seems something to me from within brawl stars. Or doe you see a popup that your account is disabled in the App Store and itunes? If not, it is something from within brawl stars I am afraid, see if you can reach their support via the web

You will need to contact the developer. It seems that your problem is with the app, not the iPhone.

As already stated twice, this is not an Apple issue. Apple doesn't make the game and has no control over what the maker of the game does.

I think reset your phone is the only way to log in your brawl star account on iOS in this condition.

Mi account has been disabled please undisabled

I made several support live chats and reports to brawlstars support. They only give me vague/general answers - use new apple id, reset you phone, reinstall game....

I tried to ask for escalation to higher ups - "sorry we can't redirect conversation".

So yeah, they don't feel like fixing that...

so on brawl stars i made 4 different accounts that are supercell id’d, and i can log into them, but i can only play on 2 of them. when i try and play on the other 2 accounts im stuck on the loading screen with just the star spinning. NOT EVEN WORDS like the “players found” or the tip thing. and all the accounts somehow are like linked together, like if i wanna play solo showdown, i go onto another account that could have brawl ball loaded up, but as soon as i get on that account, it switches to solo showdown. what can i do to try and fix this?

I FOUND A NEW FIX. If you want to reset your Brawl Stars data but keep all of your other data using iCloud backup, go into your backup settings, click on your device, then click on show all apps, find Brawl Stars and disable that but keep everything else on. The go back and create a new backup. When it says something about brawl stars not being included in the backup click continue. Finally reset your phone and log back into your apple id with the backup. Everything will have saved EXCEPT for your brawl stars data.

can you explain it more specific? did you delete the brawlstars aoo after disabling in the ivloud backup?

after resetting the iPhone, did you chose "backup from cloud" and the logged in?

cause I tried it ( without deleting brawl stars after disabling) and still stuck
