I had the issue where Google ad services was not working with Safari and thousands of other people seem to have the same issue with no fix. The way to fix this is to go to settings., click on your name, iCloud and turn private relay ON. This fixes the issue.

Having Private relay ON doesn't remedy the above problem in any way.
Mike. Thank you so much! You fixed my problem that I’ve been having to live with for over a year. I thought I had an ad blocker problem.
This worked! You have to also make sure that in Settings -> WiFi -> Your Network Name -> Limit IP Address Address Tracking is also ON for Private Relay to turn on.

I just signed up for google premium ad free on my apple iPhone 7+ no Wi-Fi. Just unlimited data. I still get ads. Do I need Wi-Fi for this to work
I just turned on Private Relay and it worked, thanks its been driving me nuts.
