iPad and KaleidoScope Learning on kaleidolearning.com

I have a new iPad and I'm having trouble using the kaleidolearning website. I'm getting the "MissingKeyMissingKey-Pair-Id query paramour or cookie value" error. I have already disabled "block All Cookies" and "Prevent cross-site tracking" settings.

The problem is that my after signing in to my account and opening my lesson. The window (inside the main account) shows a video. I watch the video but then am not able to click the next button to advance. I can close the window and reopen - but, I need to click next. It's visible but not available to click.

Suggestions would be appreciated.
