I am unable to locate the clipboard on my iPhone

Suddenly , Clipboard app is intruding on my attempts to copy and paste stuff I write. Im not addicted nor fascinated with technology so I learn what I have to in that moment and move on.

According to internet, the designated clipboard is in My Notes app. WHERE?? There is no reveal anywhere of my writing- no matter what little icon I tap, tap, tap. Tabs indicating a function of some sort all appear in closed mode, not my doing but who cares?

I just need some slack on the chokehold technology puts the “marginally inclined” in to gently persuade us to keep up. Today, I need to learn about clipboard so I can get MY comment back under my control.

Thank you.

Hi, i believe what he meant wasn’t just the copy and paste function. I was once a Samsung user and there is a clipboard function in which all the copied words/images will be stored in the “clipboard”. Which means this clipboard will act as a memory holder and u can paste different “copied” words anytime without going back to a certain page to copy it again.

I hope Apple can do update on this clipboard feature as well.

ps correct me if im wrong, tq.

Your post is quite confusing.

The clipboard is not an app, its not even an accessible place. Its simply an area in memory where whatever you copy gets held until something else you copy replaces it.

You don't need to do anything with the clipboard. All you need to do is paste whatever you copied somewhere else using the paste option. That's it.

Sorry, but what I get from your post is "How do I use the Clipboard?". Not sure if that is what you are looking for as it seemed to go in many different directions, but I will try my best.

The Clipboard is not an app that you can view. It is simply a metaphor used to move data from one location to another. You can copy text by holding on a word and then you will see the Copy option come up. When you go to another location where you want to use that word, just hold your finger in that location and then choose the paste option. More details about the Copy/Paste option is available here:
