Click to dial on MAC Mini and FileMaker Pro
I want to be able to click on a phone number in FileMaker Pro, on my MAC, and have it automatically dial out on my RingCentral phone.

You can create a link by using the syntax of rcapp://r/call?number=<phone number>
Simply wrap your phone number in that URL scheme.
