Garageband file won't open

My garageband file wont open and I cannot see it in the files. I just deleted some files and i tought that i accidentally deleted that exact file but when I tried to recover the file through some file recovering softwares it was nowhere to be found. I still see the headline of the song when i right click the app icon on my mac but the song wont open. I've tried to find the file or the possible deleted file but with no luck. Can I still do something about this?
