IOS 17.5.1 notifications issue Iphone 15 Pro

I made that and continue having issues with notifications, they are not showing on the screen and do not push them, eve do not push on my apple watch, I have to open the app example Whatsapp or gmail to see how notification and data is pushed.

i am having this same problem I don’t get any notifications from Instagram on my phone even though notifications are turned on. I only see notifications once I open my Instagram app
