Siri can control home but all devices say no response.

For some reason in the last 2 months my entire home app will be no response for a few days then start working again with no changes but the weird thing is even when all devices say no response if I use Siri she can work all the devices even when they say no response. Turn on music from a home pod turn off/on lights. Control my thermostat everything. I can only get the devices to work if I physically turn the switch on or off or manually walk up to the thermostat to change the temp. But Siri runs the whole house and all the devices respond to Siri commands….i don’t know how to fix this
