A problem with localization

After changing the address, the Apple Airport Time Capsule still shows me the location at the previous address. In the home network, there is an Apple Airport Extreme in front of it, and all devices connected here do not have this problem. Devices that connect to Time Capsule no longer know their correct address. In applications such as Maps or Weather, they show that they are at the previous address of the Time Capsule. I tried Soft Reset, Hard Reset and factory reset, but nothing helped...
