Siri not wanted

I cannot remove Siri, on any of my devices. I am hearing impaired so voice control/messages are no use to me but Accessibility has no controls to remove Siri

Trouble is, every time an update is installed, it aggressively demands I install Siri, like some Mafia standover... "So you haven't installed Siri yet... this is a ... "friendly"... tip, you wouldn't want any "accidents" to happen..."

It increasingly interrupts what I'm doing, annoying

But I've found a workaround. After 15 years loyalty to Apple, I purchased an Android Tablet and have transferred much of my activity to that, which is surprisingly good and has no interruptions

Apple, you need to allow users to remove Siri

iPhone SE, iOS 17
