Seeing my sisters usernames and passwords with Keychains

My sister recently gave me her unused MacBook Pro and after resetting it, I logged in with my Apple ID and got it set it. Since then, I have noticed when I go to log into anything with a saved password via Keychain, my sisters usernames and passwords also come up. This is happening both on the MacBook and my iPhone. I have looked to see what devices I am logged into and have asked my sister to do the same and the MacBook is no longer listed for her, nor is she signed in.

My guess is that the MacBook Pro was not properly erased. See the procedure here: What to do before you sell, give away, trade in, or recycle your Mac - Apple Support.

The issue you might have now is that the passwords left on the Mac are now synchronized with your own Apple ID. I'm afraid there isn't much you can do except deleting her passwords.

And before you start doing this, just delete one of her passwords (make a copy of it beforehand) to make sure it is not also deleted on her side.
