iphone shortcut reset network settings and then rejoin last WiFi network with password?

I often cannot join WiFi @ library and prefer iphone shortcut to

  1. remember name of WiFi I try to connect but failed
  2. Remember it’s password
  3. reset network settings
  4. rejoin last WiFi network with password.

is above possible?
