How do I get my signature to appear automatically when I reply to messages in my icloud account.
It appears with new messages being sent but not reply messages.

I Safari go to setting and click on Signatures. At the bottom click on the "+" and create your signature.
Mail in iCloud doesn't have a preference for that. I'd suggest that, if possible, you use the Mail app rather than the web interface.
I should have said Mail, not Safari.
