How to deactivate forever notification for iCloud full on macbook?

I open a new notepad document to type something and right away I get this warning window right on top of what I'm writing so I can't see anymore what I was typing.

This warning sign doesn't go away easily, and it comes back incessantly, not to let me know something useful for me but to interrupt my concentration on my work as often as possible to force me to give more money to apple, just because they want more money.

This question has been asked before but never actually given a solution to this apple-style problem.
