Sharing with another Apple ID

Previously, my wife & I both used my Apple ID. I put Contacts & our Keepass Database on our iCloud Drive. Passwords & Calendar seemed to take care of themselves. Now, on the advice that Apple publishes, we have established a separate Apple ID for her. Now, we are in total confusion!

We want to share & both be able to edit: Calendar, Contacts, Passwords & our Keepass Database. Family Sharing doesn't seem to share any of these things. Can we establish an iCloud Drive that both Apple IDs can access? That should handle Contacts & Keepass Database the same as we did before.

Can anyone help with how to deal with Passwords and Calendar?
