iPhone 14 intermittently connects and looses mobile network post upgrade to ios 17.5.1

For the last week iPhone 14 is intermittently connecting and disconnecting to mobile network this disallowing seamless internet service. Problem on both the network as dual sim one physical one esim of different service providers.

Actions taken physical sim changed, network reset, phone reset done. Problem persists. Phone only reconnects once switched off and on but only for short time. Need help.
