Staying signed in on old devices

I recently bought an old 2013 iMac just for browsing on a larger screen and it worked perfectly but I couldn't log onto my iCloud Apple ID as it said I need to have a MacOS >13. I returned it and bought an iMac 2017 which can run MacOS Ventura.

With the new Sequoia on the way, I know I would not be able to instal it on my iMac but would I still be able to sign in to my iCloud/ log into my Apple ID? My question being, after September 2024, would my 2017 iMac tell me it its too old to sign me in to iCloud like the 2013 iMac.

Thank you

iMac (2017 – 2020)
