Delete iCloud Safari bookmarks

Hello, I tried what I think all the tricks in the book. No success. My iCloud Safari bookmarks are completely out of sync. I own a M1 MacBook Air, Pro Max 14 iPhone and iPad mini, all are up to date etc.

I tried setting lots of things, seen in Apple forums etc ...

Now I saved my bookmarks, deleted everything from Safari, deleted my phone and iPad Bookmarks, turned the iCloud connection off, I kept the Macbook connection on, hoping that an empty bookmarks catalog will upload.

I've tried this a few times, waiting hours etc, with different re-connection scenarios. No success. The skewed iCloud catalog keeps overriding my local ones.

I'd like to delete all the iCloud Bookmarks, and start over fresh.
