iCloud Drive Downloading huge non-existent files.

Hi,

Need some help.

On a 2021 MacBook Pro 14" M1 with Mac OS Sonoma 14.5 (fully updated)

iCloud Drive always downloading large files in GB.......and folder is empty.....no clue what this is.

My Drive is empty.... I never use it so it should not be downloading anything.

Checked the drive just to be sure.... even on iCloud.com...... and it has no files and its empty......so why do I keep getting this:

Please help.
