Car Play First of three screens

In Car Play there are 3 screens, screens 2 and 3 show your installed Apps, you swipe left or right to access those pages. The first screen will show Navigation and two additional Apps. I am not talking about the three icons on the left hand side of the Car Play application. I am only talking about the first of three pages. In my case it Displays Waze, Not Playing and Search. The not playing is Sirius Radio, even though I am listening to FM radio. And I have no use for the search feature. Is there a way to display specific applications on page 1 rather than the ones CarPlay has decided to show ? Thank you in advance. Once again for clarity, ignore the three icons, it has nothing to do with my question. I have seen this question asked multiple times but all answers go back to page 2 and 3 and arranging the Apps displayed there or the infamous three icons. But that is NOT the question. Make sense ?
