I lost my ipod that is offline and can not login in my account.

I lost my ipod 6 some years ago and wish to find it .I could at least wish to log into my account even in another account but I still can not because it says I need a verification code .How will I be able to login into my account if I do not have ipod 6 with .Also even if your device is dead how can I see where my ipod last was when I can login into the account without a double verication there is no way of doing. Someone please help.

First, there is no 2FA Verification Code requirement if you use https://icloud.com/find


As far as other options to receive or generate verification codes, see:


Get a verification code and sign in with two-factor authentication - Apple Support


Hopefully, you setup other Trusted Numbers.


Another option is to use your pre-designated Recovery Contact.
