iPads not showing In Apple School Manager

Hi, please help.

I followed Apple's instructions and used Apple Configurator 2 to manually join four iPads to our Apple School Manager portal. However, after doing this, I can no longer see any iPads available to be joined by the School Manager. I tried adding five more iPads, but none of them are showing up. I even deleted everything in the Configurator and followed the instructions again, but the problem persists. What could be wrong? Thank you in advance.
