Different doorbell HomeKit notification options?

Have the notification options for doorbells on HomeKit changed? I used to get notifications for people on our porch whether I was home or not, 24/7. Lately, I have been getting none, so I checked the settings. It appears that there is now no “All” option for people on notifications. I want to be notified if there is someone on my porch, period. I want to know if I’m home AND if the kids are home alone AND if UPS arrives while we’re away. I’m 99% sure that this has changed. Can it be brought back?
