Cannot find default Clock app through Apple Business Manager app search

I've tried searching by URL, name, package name, and ID - no luck finding the default iOS Clock app. Ive also added the filter iPad as the "type" - no luck.

Ive also tried Calendar, Calculator, etc. but returned no results.

Im trying to add the app back to my devices controlled through a third party MDM. Their support suggested purchasing licenses through Apple Business Manager and see if it would help get the app(s) back to the devices. if I cannot fond the app through the ABD search, I cannot purchase licenses on my account : (
