iCloud Tabs not working between my devices

Not sure when this happened, but I cannot see the Safari tabs open between my iPhone, iPad and MacBook Pro. I followed the instructions here, but to no avail.


All devices have Safari activated on iCloud preferences. I have also rebooted, logged in/out and other basic troubleshooting.
