Macbook pro has better performance on windows 10

Hi everyone.

I use Macbook pro 2019 13 inch 4thunderbolt3 port.

I installed adobe Premier pro 2024 and After effect 2024 on MacOS 14.5 and Windows 10 (bootcamp) in same machine.

in Windows; when i editing my videos; everything is fine ; playbacks are smooth and renderings are fast.

but when i edit same project on MacOS on same machine and same app version; it’s loads App later; Playbacks are laggy ; renderings are take s long time and my Macbook get overheat!!!!

it is impossible to edit videos during editing with MacOS.

it is also happening with other app’s.

windows load’s faster; Smoother and don’t go hot like MacOS

I also had macbook pro 2012 in past and i had same issue!!!

Can someone tells why and what is solution?
