iCloud Mail works fine - Mail on my Mac Pro (10.13.6) will not send
Has been working for a long time. 2 days ago it States: Cant Connect to (my account) asks for PW It uses Apple ID PW Cant Verify
Mac Pro, macOS 10.13
Since this occurrence I decided to use Mail app in iCloud. I like the interface exponentially better.
I think that the version of Mail with High Sierra was struggling to be relevant and its not.
While I was at it, I deleted Microsoft Outlook as its another epic fail app.
All is good here. Haven't tried my laptop...if it does the same thing, I will apply the above remediation.
