iCloud safari shared tabs problem

So I had a tab that was stuck “open“ on my iphone for months and I kept seeing it on my Mac safari as opened although it wasn't. Nevermind, googled it, disconnected it from iCloud on both devices as instructed and I managed to close it! YES!

But now, there's another tab that is stuck open, and it's actually an article that I've read like year ago.

I repeated the process 2 more times, still there.

Is there any other solution? Should I really try wiping all of my web history just because of one tab?

I can't force-close it, it just returns and I can't stand it there and I just don't understand why is this happening.
