How would I set up a scheduled send time in Outlook on my Mac?

The Microsoft forum has no solution for changing the default time for the scheduled send function in Outlook.

It is in >Outlook >Settings >Calendar >Work Schedule >Work day starts - alter the time to suit your delayed message sending. Sorted.
