Problems with Apple music in Ukraine (different providers) both on Ios (Ipados) and even on Android

Lately (last week mostly, maybe more)

apple music working with lags, songs may jump to another song but its not fully shown in the playlist (some delay)

also songs sometimes fail to load (error 1)

Compared to google music this is looks like real bad (I pay for both subscriptions)

Please fix this... Any extra info can be provided

City : Ivano Frankivsk

Provider : discovery

Tested both on 4g and wifi

The same behavior is in Odesa Ukraine. The issue was reproduced on several WiFis (n, ac, 6), 3g, and 4g. The same situation on iPhone 15Pro Max, 14Pro Max and MacBook on M1 pro (literally all my wife's and my devices)

Same issues in Kyiv, Ukraine.

App store takes ages to load apps / system updates from local ISP 176.38.24.218 and mobile LTE network 88.155.80.187

Apple music is lagging on simple audio playback.

Observed for a few days now. Switching to VPN from Poland solves the issue.

Other non-Apple service work just fine.

Same situation. Apple Music is lagging on audio playback even in the lovest quality.

Tried on different devices and networks. Feels like that's hight level ISP issue, like traffic routing or something.
