How do you export from Apple Motion 5 into another format besides MOV?

This has been puzzling me for a while, and I have looked online but nowhere can I find a way to export in Apple Motion to any other format besides MOV. I don't want to create an 8Gb file which is a problem with MOVs - I want a more manageable size. I don't have compressor.

I know that I can use GarageBand to convert the MOV to an MP4 but I'd rather not double handle everything. Does anyone know if it is possible? And if so can you point me to instructions on how to do it?

Being mov does not equate to being large...

It depends a lot on what contents are, on frame size, and on CODEC.

Of course if you export in ProRes 4444 it will make huge files, but you can export using H264, which is the most likely to work on just about any mac, pc, or phone too.

There is absolutely no need to convert to mp4, by the way. Both mov and mp4 are just containers, what determines size is the codec used inside. An H264 file in mp4 or mov container uses about the same bytes.
