How can I reset my display settings for a game from Apple Arcade?

I just downloaded Outlanders 2 and tried to move the game from my retina display to my external monitor. The display tried to resize/resolve/refresh/what have you and now the display is greyed out and unplayable. Audio is fine, the other games are fine. Is there a way for my Mac to forget this somehow? Tried deleting data file from Apple account, reinstalling, rebooting, etc. TIA!
