Why is Apple Music not connecting on my Apple TV 4K?
I am experiencing an issue with the Apple Music app on my Apple TV 4K. Despite having an active Cloud+ subscription, I am unable to connect to Apple Music. The error message displayed is “Cannot Connect - Something went wrong. Please try again.”
It’s important to note that all other services on my Apple TV 4K, including Apple TV+, photos, and other apps, are functioning well. Additionally, the music that I have downloaded in my library plays without any issues.
I have already reset both the Apple TV and the router, but the problem persists.
