Bootcamp on MacPro 2020

I am running Windows 10 and it says I am unable to upgrade to Windows 11 because of some security setting. They do say anything within the last 5 years should be able to run so what do I need to do. Has something to do with a TPM setting.

Mac Pro, macOS 10.14
