Using iCloud applications that were initiated on MacBook Pro on my iPad

I use iCloud's applications for nearly everything I do, especially Pages and Keynote. I am only able to see Pages and Drive on my iPad but cannot see KeyNote as an application under the iCloud family of applications.

What I have done:

1) Synced iCloud on my iPad and searched for specific applications to also sync, but cannot see them.

2). Noticed that Freeform on the iPad has much of the functionality of Keynote, but not nearly as complete. Freeform adds hand drawing with an Apple Pen where Keynote does not. I make extnsive use of captured images on Keynote, but don't see it on Freeform. If I could combine the functions of these two applications it would be awesome!

What do I need to do to see my Keynote documents on my iPad's iCloud access?

Pages and Keynote are not iCloud apps. You can save to iCloud with them. They are defaults apps on the device.

There are, in fact, iCloud versions of both of those apps as well as Numbers. You can see them yourself if you log into icloud.com. They are useful if you are working on a computer that doesn't have them installed, such as a Windows computer.
