You can try a virtual machine like Parallels Desktop

You have two choices:

1. Install Windows 10 using Boot Camp.
2. Install Windows 7 using a virtual machine.

Microsoft drops windows 7 supports you and nobody can install windows 7 using bootcamp because bootcamp works with windows 10 or 11
