Imac Studio, Mini, Imac, which one is best for film composing

Dear Reader,

Nowadays I work on my Macbook Pro 2020, 1,4Ghz - i5 - 8gb RAM and 500gb HD. The specs are not high-end, but it always did the job, until now. Since I am starting to earn money with composing for film and games do I notice that the projects are getting bigger and my software shuts down more often. That is why I am looking for an upgrade, but since there are a lot of options am I wondering which is the best to buy.

Good to know, I work the most with sample based orchestration plugins which requires a lot of CPU, it is the main goal to reduce that to smaller numbers.

Thanks in advance!

Interesting, because most sample libraries need a lot of RAM in the first place.

I wouldn't choose an iMac because, it's easy to get high-quality screens at a good price.

Go to the Apple shop and compare price and performance of Mac Studio and Mac Mini.
