Shortcut to immediately record video not working when using Siri

I have created a shortcut to immediately start a video and it works when I click manually on the shortcut However, while Siri will launch the camera app and select video, it will not start the video recording without me pressing the record button.

I have the setting set to immediately record. Any body else seeing this. Any solutions? Also, can we only do this but normal video or is there a way to select cinematic?
