I have a video that is saved to the "On My iPad" folder under "Files".
I need to add this video to the hoemscreen as a shortcut so that when you click the shortcut on the Home Screen it will autoplay.
Any suggestions on how to do this.

There are very few things you can put on the home screen of an iPhone. Individual files don't make the list.
You can, however, save website icons, so if the video is online somewhere, that might work. It might even work from iCloud though I haven't tested it. See here:

Another possiblity is using Shortcuts. Again, not my area of expertise. However, if you do an internet search, you may be able to find an expample already made.
