I want to look at my files and photos etc on icloud desktop, however when I try it says it didn't connect, despite me seeing the notification on my iPhone 13 pro max that icloud.com has access until I sign out.

Perhaps you don't understand--We are not Apple, we are just users like you. Some of us hang around here from time to time in case our experience may help someone. We don't get paid and we don't have a schedule, and leaving an angry post won't encourage us to offer any help.

I had COVID and felt awful. Why do you think I should have to explain being away from the Community User group? People here have no responsibility to keep a schedule.
