How do I find a download for Logic Pro X older than version 11.0.1
I am trying to find the update downloads for logic Pro X that are after 10.8, but befor 11.0.1, I know there is two. 10.8.1 and 11.0

There is no way of downloading older versions. The only way is to store (and retrieve) older versions is to save them by yourself either by zipping or backing up.
