Rename folder in iCloud and on a Mac

I am unable to rename a folder on a Macbook Air. I need to rename the folder to its original name (Documents) so that the path to all of the folders/files is restored.

I recently had to restore this Documents folder from an Archive folder that iCloud created. However, the automatic iCloud process renamed the folder so that now the path to the files is broken.

I have tried 'Rename and duplicate files in iCloud Drive on iCloud.com'. However the ... does not have the option to rename only 'get info' and again no options there to rename.

I am running a macOS High Sierra, ver. 10.13.6

MacBook Air 13″, macOS 10.13
