Hi Beejer52,
welcome to the Apple (user-to-user) Community.
Re: ipad air 24 compatible with Starkey evolve ai?
The Air cannot locate my hearing aid devices.
Am no expert in this area, yet your request certainly deserves some response.
For tips on connecting: See: Use Made for iPhone hearing devices - Apple Support
Note: The help section at the bottom of the above article says:
"Make sure that your hearing device is updated with the latest firmware from the manufacturer.
If it has its own app, that app can probably find and install firmware updates."

Re: bidirectional streaming: ie: All Hearing Aids marked with an asterisk (*) in the linked list below
From Apple Support's list of MFi hearing devices and system requirements, it seems Starkey evolve ai hearing aids use bidirectional streaming, which enables you to talk hands-free. The hearing aids are compatible with iPad Air (4th generation) or later, with iPadOS 15.2 or later installed.
