using time capsule as a router with EE modem?
with EE new router, can this be changed to a modem so I can use the time capsule as a router?

Assuming by EE you mean the UK telecom provider...have you tried their own support articles and support centre?

Not sure I would use a Time Capsule as a wireless router in 2024 myself, though. It's pretty old and certainly less capable than whatever the EE Smart Hub provides for WiFi.
