Logic file keeps crashing! One of my best songs, please help SOS

I have a Logic file that crashes any time I try to change something or save.

This my current "best song I've ever written" song, so it sucks that the file appears to be "corrupted", whatever that means. It's 500 MB. I started the process of deleting duplicated track comps. I have the bad habit of not officially collapsing a comp before duplicating, and some are 150-300 takes. So I already know that's not advisable I won't do it again after this experience. Anyways, despite collapsing the comp tracks and preserving the original source, the file has actually gotten worse where it now opens, but will crash if I touch any of the recorded takes such as dragging them, deleting them. Please help me save Vhagar! (song name).

Other things to note. I did a backup after I wrote it initially – it has all of the original tracks (guitar riffs, vocals, bass, etc). But it's definitely very off of the current arrangement.
